Commercial property funding requires a degree of skill and experience that isn't widely available. We are commerical property specialists and have indepth understanding of the value drivers across all major commercial property sectors. Funding is available for acquisitions, refurbishment, consenting, leasing and earthquake strengthening.
Interest can be capitalised or part-capitalised and, as a matter of course, we meet the beneficial borrower and inspect the property prior to draw down on the facility.
Indicative lending terms are:
Facility up to $10.000m
Term up to 36 months
Interest Rates from 6.95% p.a. to 9.95% p.a
LVR up to 75%
Finance Fee from 1.95% (excludes brokerage commission)
