We provide first mortgage funding for property development and construction projects, such as:
Single and multi residential property development
Commercial property development
Reclad and remediation of weather tightness issues
Structural strengthening
Interest can be capitalised or part-capitalised and, as a matter of course, we meet the beneficial borrower and inspect the property prior to draw down on the facility.
Indicative lending terms are:
Facility up to $10.000m
Term up to 24 months
Interest Rates from 6.95% p.a. to 9.95% p.a
Pre-Sale Threshold often minimal or not required
Finance Fee from 1.95% (excludes brokerage commission)
