Nigel established Cressida in early 2003 as a non-bank commercial property financier.
Privately funded from inception, Cressida was one of the few New Zealand non-bank lenders to successfully navigate the GFC and since then has continued to expand its capability and market offering.
Nigel appreciates working with a professional, service orientated team focused on our client’s success and broadening the many strong and enduring relationships across the finance sector. He holds BA/Bcom from Auckland University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Educated at Otago University, Craig holds a BA in Economics, Honours, First Class. In 2004 he graduated from Wharton Business School’s Advanced Management Programme. He has worked as a Diplomat, Economist, Investment Banker and CEO of a funds management company.
As Director and CEO of BT Funds Management, he was instrumental in establishing the company, building funds under management to $3.5 billion. Craig is also a director of Precinct Properties, AIG New Zealand, New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency and OCG Consulting.
The recipient of the 2014 Chairperson of the Year Award in recognition of his roles as chairman of the boards of Air New Zealand and Fisher and Paykel Healthcare,
Tony also sits on a variety of other boards, including ANZ Bank New Zealand, Fletcher Building, and Blues LLP.
Originally from South Africa, Bruce holds a BCom Honours degree in financial analysis and portfolio management from the university of Cape Town.
In the earlier part of his career he worked at Standard Bank and BoE (South Africa) in commercial banking and property finance. Bruce moved to NZ in 2002 and since this time has been active in property finance across the full spectrum of mortgage lending with a very client driven approach.
Outside of work Bruce plays golf and enjoys mountain biking and travels widely with his family.
Marty has extensive property and lending experience from a variety of financial services roles for over 20 years. He is a very well known in the NZ Mortgage Adviser community with relationships which stem back to his first non bank lending role in the mid 1990’s.
Prior to his involvement with Cressida Marty held senior business development and management roles within the financial services industry and also enjoyed his time working as a successful Financial Adviser.
Marty understands the challenges faced by Advisers and their clients in the non bank lending space and aims to achieve positive outcomes for everyone.
Warren has considerable experience in the New Zealand property finance market. Prior to joining Cressida, Warren worked at ANZ in various Relationship Management roles including Property Construction Finance.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University and is proficient in mandarin (his second language).
Outside of work, Warren is a competitive tennis player and spends weekends with his young family.
David joined Cressida Capital in April 2007 after working for 15 years at various banking institutions both here in NZ and in Australia within their business banking and high value client divisions.
David’s primary role at Cressida is in the areas of credit and portfolio risk management.
He graduated from Lincoln University in the early 1990’s with a Bachelor of Commerce and Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce.
Andy is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales since 2000. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG followed by 6 years at a FTSE 50 property group in London. Since his arrival in New Zealand in 2010 he has worked for a global property consultancy firm prior to joining Cressida in 2012.
A graduate of Otago University, Graeme has practised as a solicitor in both NZ and England.
Graeme has been with Cressida as in-house counsel since 2005. He has had almost 40 years’ experience as a solicitor with his main focus being on property, finance and commercial law.
Prior to joining Cressida he was a partner based in the London office of a multi-national law firm.
