Cressida Gold is a premium funding solution available for straight forward residential transactions in the Auckland region which meet criteria generally outlined below.
Interest can be capitalised, part-capitalised, or paid monthly. For each facility we meet the beneficial borrower and inspect the property prior to any drawdown on the loan facility.
Indicative lending terms are:
Facility up to $5.000m
Term up to 12 months
Interest Rates from 9.25% p.a.
LVR up to 65%
Finance Fee from 1.50% (excludes brokerage commission)
Please note that Cressida does not fund transactions which constitute consumer lending under the CCCFA.
